Parth Gandhi
Co-founder and Partner
Parth Gandhi is a senior partner and CIO at Bombay Capital. He serves on the board of PDS Limited, where he chairs the stakeholders committee, and is Chairman of Uniloy India, a leading blow moulding machine manufacturer. Previously, he was Senior Partner and MD at AION, Apollo Global’s India JV with ICICI, where he led key investments including Clix Capital and Varun Beverages, and executed India’s first large distress-for-control deal, Monnet Ispat. He was earlier President of Private Equity at ICICI Venture. With over two decades of experience, Mr. Gandhi has invested across equity, mezzanine, and senior debt in listed and unlisted companies, including clean energy and electric vehicles. He serves on the International Advisory Board of Michigan State University and is active with TiE Global, ASSOCHAM, and The Explorers Club.
Amit Khosla

Amit Khosla is an accomplished professional with 24 years of investment experience in India. He currently serves as a Mentor of the Valtrust Group, a Board Member of SC India Advisors, and a member of the Advisory Board at India Sotheby’s International Realty. He is also an Independent Director at Poly Medicure Limited. Amit has an extensive career history, having previously held senior roles such as Managing Director of AB Capital Advisors, Chief Representative of Hana Bank (Korea), Director at the India office for D.B. Zwirn, Investment Principal at Actis Capital, and Associate positions at JP Morgan Chase & Co. and Fox-Pitt Kelton. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Illinois and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with honors from Delhi University, providing a strong academic foundation for his significant expertise in finance and investment.
Ankit Bengani

Ankit Bengani is a Principal at Marwar Capital, bringing 19 years of investment experience in India. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President at Samena Capital and held key leadership roles, including Head of International Business at Motilal Oswal Financial Services. Ankit also contributed to the Mergers and Acquisitions team at Kotak Mahindra Capital. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, along with a Master’s in Commerce and Business Management from Mumbai University.
